    Question 5: I've done a sleep program (CBTi?) before and it didn't work – how is your programme different?
    Did you experience CBT or CBTi previously? These two might sound similar but differ significantly.

    I'd also point out that there are competent plumbers and ones who leave your house flooded!

    Although my programmes incorporate and adapt core aspects of CBTi, it stands apart from standard CBTi courses by incorporating exposure therapy, ACTi, Positive Psychology and a whole host of other disciplines.

    Question 8: What is the time commitment per day?
    You'll need to engage in behavioural changes, work on altering thought patterns with written exercise, and watch the videos. Setting aside 15 to 20 minutes per day is a reasonable estimate. However, part of the program is getting stuck back into your life to stop insomnia pushing you around!

    This means that even a two-hour dinner at your favourite restaurant or a week's holiday at your favourite beach resort is technically part of the program – a pleasant challenge!
    Question 9: What happens if I miss a session/have a holiday booked?
